Synopsis
Dodo loves adventure. He’s endlessly curious. And going for a walk with his mom offers tons of opportunity for trouble and excitement. Good thing his mom is always nearby to help, if needed. This picture book creates a spunky new character that kids will relate to and shows that adventure is exciting, even when things go wrong.
About the Author
Jennifer Sattler is the author of several picture books, all of which feature her funny, endearing artwork and slightly left-of-center characters. These include Sylvie, which won the 2011 Mockingbird Award; Chick ‘n’ Pug; and Pig Kahuna. Ms. Sattler has exhibited her work extensively, winning a National Endowment for the Arts grant in 1996. She lives in Greenfield, New York.
