George Carlin will be sadly missed. I too, grew up listening to Carlin, as my father loved his sense of humor. The man was a legend. No one can measure up.

Foucault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco. Everyone seems to think I'll love this book, because of everything else on my reading list. I've tried twice, and never made it past page 50. Couldn't figure out how he was able to make a subject so fascinating to me so utterly boring.
