Giver by Lois Lowry

Parrot In The Oven Tales From My Life by Victor Martinez

That Was Then This Is Now by S E Hinton
	Batgirl_paloma, September 17, 2006 That was Then, This is Now is one of the best books I've ever read because when you read it, you are able to picture what is going on in your head and this book takes you on an adventure you will never forget. I would recommend this book for young adults who enjoy drama because this is the kind of book you can read over and over.

To Kill a Mockingbird by Lee, Harper
	Batgirl_paloma, September 17, 2006 To Kill a Mockingbird is a book that brings back memories or reminds you on how things are, but in my personal opinion, I don't think it is very interesting because when I read it, it didn't catch my attention, but maybe you will enjoy it. Never hurts to try.

Holes by Louis Sachar
	Batgirl_paloma, September 17, 2006 Holes is one of those books that takes you on an adventure you will never forget and that is why I recommend anyone who hasn't read it to pick it up and start reading because I gaurantee you that after you open it, you won't want to put it down.

The Afterlife by Gary Soto
