This book is very well written. This book brings light to a topic that is not often written about. I would reccomend this book to anyone know either engages in self destructive behavior or knows someone. I hope that others enjoy this book.

I would recommend this book to kids and teens who either battle with SI or who know someone who is. This topic is not widly published on. It is a great well written book that includes a lot of information on this topic!!
