Bowl of Heaven
by
Gregory Benford

, November 22, 2012
Larry Niven and Gregory Benford have created a new world full of life that is both very familiar and very strange. The attention to physics and science is well done. The artificial world, I.e. the Bowl, is completely believable. What really makes the book compelling is that one not only sees the Bowl's life forms through our perspective, but we also experience the mind of one alien character. Read this book and then go enjoy others by Niven or Benford.
