Not a new book, but new to me and I hear Ted's got another coming out soon. I can't wait. Merle's Door is a beautiful, funny, poingent, inspiring story of a Dog and his man. How I wish I could let my Loki live this life. If you love your dog and you know s/he is so much more than just a dog, you'll love this book.

Fool

For those who struggled with Shakespeare, knowing it's good stuff, but unable to navigate the lingo, this book offers a stellar opportunity to understand why Shakespeare has lasted these long years. Moore is a wonderful story teller and this book is no exception. King Lear's story comes alive with his wit and perspective. A fun read!

This is a great story for anyone who's ever thought they might not fit into the group. Mr. Alexie wrote it as a book for Young Adults, but both my husband and I are old adults and enjoyed it.
