After reading Gone Girl, I had to get my hands on Flynn's other writing. Dark Places did not disappoint and is probably more terrifying than GG. I highly recommend reading it during the Halloween season, it's far better than watching a horror movie!

Hunger Games 01

Suzanne Collins

I read this book (and the rest of the series) on a whim, not expecting much for young adult fiction. I should have checked my attitude at the door. The characters and story line is incredibly well done and I was totally immersed until I finished the series and wanted more. Suzanne Collins is now one of my favorite writers.
