Solitude A Return To Self

I read this book which was at the Astoria, OR library in 1990. I've been wanting to find a copy of it for myself, and now I finally made the connection. I read it so long ago, all I remember is how much it reminded me of myself, and helped me feel like I was not an "outcast", as I felt, but a valid soul. I know it is a very good book because I can't wait to read it again!!

Within the Wall of Denial: Conquering Addictive Behaviors

I have been on the healing/recovery trail (from both alcoholic parents) for over 20 years. I have discovered, that even if you don't drink, and you've suffered trauma, you still are likely to have problems with unhealthy denial. I have read many, many self-help books. Most of them have good information in them, but only a few stand out to me as remarkable. This is one of them.
