Hutch (a boy who dreams of playing pro baseball) has been playing shortstop for a long time, but now another kid on his team is. The kid's name is Darryl who likes to show off and thinks he is the best. He then proceeds to steal Hutch's dad that Hutch has wanted to play baseball with for his whole life. Hutch has to get this conflict resolved before it is to late. I think the theme in this story is to be yourself and try you hardest. Also, sportsmanship with your own team. I really enjoyed this book because there is a lot of action, adventure, and it is a great story. I would give this 5.

Harry Potter is at it again. This time he is trying to find and destroy all of Voldemort's horcruxes that contains parts of his soul before a huge war of hero vs. villain breaks out at Hogwarts. If Harry accomplishes his task then the war will end and Voldemort will die. Can Harry kill Voldemort before he kills Harry? The main theme in this book is Hero vs. Villain. I really enjoyed this just like all the others in the series. This book has cliff hangers, adventure, and many things that keep you on the edge of your seat. I would give this a 5 definitely.

Anthony Horowitz has never been better! This fast pace story starts off with Alex, his girl friend, and her parents traveling to a haunting castle owned by Desmond McCain, an evil con man that is trying to create a "natural" disaster so he can make money. The minute they get to the castle Alex runs into trouble. I think the theme in this story is hero vs. villain because Alex has to battle McCain and other evils. I really enjoyed this book it kept me on the edge of my seat for the whole book. There were a lot of cliff hangers that made me read more. I would give this book a 5 out of 5.

Chronicles of Prydain 01 Book Of Three

How would you feel if you had to roam the woodlands in search of a mystical oracle pig while being followed and sometimes chased by an evil being named the Horned King. This is exactly what the characters in The Book of Three had to go through. The main characters are Taran, Eilonwy, Fflewddur Fflam, and Gurgi. They all meet up along the way and become friends. Their purpose is to try and rescue Hen Wen the oracle pig. I think the theme in story is hero vs. villain, and to fight for what you think is right. I personally enjoyed this book. It had cliff hangers, suspense parts, and friendship between the characters. This book was a great read because it was full of adventure, action, and it kept you on the edge of your seat.
