One of my favorite 'baby books' ......when my daughter was younger and I'd say "What do you say?" hoping for 'Thank you'; Quite often she'd say "More".

Tomatoland How Modern Industrial Agriculture Destroyed Our Most Alluring Fruit

This book will make you want to grow your own tomatoes and any other food that you can grow! Amazing stories of how tomatoes have been cultivated, changed, etc to become the bland supermarket tomatoes we buy today. There were some pretty tragic stories of those who do the labor to grow our food. It's extremely depressing! We need another Caesar Chavez type of uprising to stop this horrific treatment of humans happening in our own country! Grow your own; eat locally; preserve what you grow and care for our planet!!!

Wow! Although this book is in the young adult section, it might be a good one for adults to read! Makes you focus on what's important to you, what you're really all about and what you'd change if you could. It's also a great book for learning a little more about Idaho--go Broncos (BSU)!

Dragons are the vampires of yesterday! Interesting take on dragons, their role in 'society' and how this role can seem perfectly normal, acceptable, realistic to the storyline! This is a hot topic for the young adult readers. I think I'd have enjoyed this book a lot more if I'd read it when I was younger!

PSYCH 101 with all of the twists and turns!!! O.k. I cannot begin to explain how crazy this book is. It's a must read that takes your emotions to highs and lows. You will want to reach into the pages and grab characters by the collars, necks or hair and just shake them. Then, a couple of chapters later, you are shocked because what you had believed has just been proven wrong. This is not predictable in any way. It is a must-read.
