This story has stuck with me still after reading it months ago. It's the kind of story that pulls you in and doesn't let go until the end, and then some.A subject we don't want to hear about but can't let go. I recommend to anyone who loves a good mystery.

Mercy Kill: A Mystery

I was pleasantly surprised about liking this book after purchasing it based on the blurb on the back cover. The story was much more than what was portrayed there. I really liked the strong woman character, Mercy Gunderson, a former Black Ops army sniper. I also enjoyed reading about South Dakota where the story takes place. This won't be my last book read by the author Lori Armstrong. I already have another on my to be read stack.

This is one of the best mystery books I read in 2010. I really liked the character -the bricklayer-and how he interacted with other characters. The plot was very good and the book was a fast read because I wanted to see how it would end and I couldn't put it down.
