Really enjoyed this book. I think my enjoyment was enhanced significantly by reading the interview with Leni Zumas from the Indiespensables, which added a lot to my understanding of the work and the characters...without this I think I would have had some problems connecting to the material, but with it I was able to feel that connection.

Interesting story and commentary on how our lives can become fixated around one event. I do wish I was able to learn about more of the details of some of the characters...sometimes things are alluded to that I woudl like to know more, which was probably the point, but oh well.

I bought this book for my dad on a glowing recomendation from a friend. My dad loved it and is lending it to all his brothers...perhaps eventually I can read it! (Dad also went on to buy other books from this author and has loved them all)

Awesome read, I enjoyed the bits of science as much as I enjoyed the story and the change between both sections.
