Remarkably readable. The most interesting book about grammar that I have ever seen. Approaching its 100th anniversary (first published in 1924) it is still relevant and worth one's time.

This book probably deserves better than two stars, and yet; I compare it to "War is a Force that Gives Us Meaning", and it is so much less than that. Perhaps I don't get it. Maybe this one was intended to be funny: "What's up with pro wrestling? Have you seen this? (insert funny joke about pro wrestling here)!"
