I’m not really one to read fantasy novels, but this one was quite something. Clever, fast paced and with themes of life, death, love, revenge, obligation, gratitude, desire, loss and the right time for things to happen " how could I not like this book? The story is not straightforward. Rather, it's a meandering road trip that takes numerous pit stops at creepy carnivals and random road-side attractions. Only, you have old worn-out gods and cranky demons for company. Highly recommended, and definitely one of my favorite novels of all time!

True crime is my guilty pleasure and this man is the real deal. I know it's cliche, but I really couldn't put this book down; I carried it everywhere until I finished it.
