So You Want to Talk About Race
by
Ijeoma Oluo

This is an exceptionally readable and relevant book. It covers many topics relating to talking about race in our politically charged world and covers concepts I hadn't considered. Ijeoma Oluo has an easily readable and a very direct narrative voice. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to better understand the conversations around race.

This graphic-book breakdown of how the brain works is both beautiful and comprehensive. It was an enlightening read, accessible for people of many ages. I'd love to see more science/art crossover books or comic concepts.
