This is essential reading for anyone organizing today since the union busting plan has not changed in 50 years. It doesn’t take much skill for management and their consultants to make it clear that if management is successful, organizing can be a career wrecking move. But it takes great skill, and organizing community support, as well as unity inside the workplace, to beat the union busters and build the movement.

Great strategy for addressing our real possibilities in the digital economy. Tech investment and employment should be possible in current brownfield areas from midwestern industrial towns to coal mining communities.
