This book I read about fifteen years ago. If you like hot romance, but with a plot to it, then this is the one.. Is about a girl-woman who her parents died and was raise by her Aunt and ungle who use her as a slave..and then sent away with a family member that just wanted to use her as a prostitude, this what not going to happen to her, so she ran away and hide in a ship, going to the America's...but was found by a hunk of a man who is the captain of the ship. this book has everything in it..a book that when you start reading it you can't put it down..the ending is great.

This book is inspiring to all women who are looking for adventure and is independent. here are women who tackle the world when men thought women should be seen but not heard...In this book I learn of women who I have never herd about, who did not care what anyone said about them...they where look down for their spirit and adventure. I am so proud to say I am woman here me roar! So if you are affraid to conquer anything in life and is affraid to step foward, Well read this..and trust me, you will in the end get inspired by it. I am so happy that "ROSEMARY NEERING", the author of this book took the time to write about these women and what they went through in life.
