Our Enemies In Blue Police & Power In America by Kristian Williams
    Kenny, December 05, 2006
An in-depth look into the police, from the fall of rome to now! Of course we notice the police brutality, especially racial profiling, but have you ever wondered if thats how it's supposed to be? Williams gives a great look as towards why white supremacy has always been a part of the police, from slave patrols to KKK control. To understand the state one must understand its force, and this shows exactly what that force is; A white supremist puppet of the wealthy and the state.

Superman Returns: Special Edition (Widescreen) by Parker Posey
    Kenny, December 04, 2006
Cliche and typical. The world created is colorful and interesting, but theres no suspense or intrigue. Its very typical in the entertainment factor. Not much of a story.

The Catcher in the Rye by J. D. Salinger
    Kenny, December 04, 2006
Sigh* This book was well written and all that, but I don't want to write a review on why its good, I want to write a review on what it meant. The in-depth look into depression in this book truely means a lot. Though the book may be targeting drop-outs and teenagers, it also shows how depression not only exists everywhere, but that is follows us always. Nothing is truely enjoyable, because there is always the opposite. We exist in what is neutral, and that to me is depressing. This book was great, and it also showed me, earlier then almost anything else ive read, what we are and what is around us.

Harry Potter & The Philosophers Stone by J K Rowling
    Kenny, December 04, 2006
I loved this book! I read this about three years ago believe. I was originally a stereotype and hater of the Harry Potter series because I believed its witchcraft antics were nonsense, but after actually reading it I loved it! There was so much more to this book then just witchcraft; Philosophy, Astronomy, might I add a great assortment of alchemist themes(Hence the title, Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone)! Some people say they are too old to get involved with reading a book like this. How wrong could you be? There is no age limit to Harry Potter (Or any reading for that matter), especially when its something as entertaining, educational, and absolutly messmerising as this!

Origin Of Species by Charles Darwin
    Kenny, December 03, 2006
Outstanding research and description of the origin of species. After reading this you'll want to smack yourself on the head and say, "Why didn't I think of that?"

    Animal Farm by George Orwell
    Kenny, November 30, 2006
Terrfic and intelligently made! A terrific allegory towards the USSR with a lot of facts kept within. (Also, as towards the poster below me. It isn't an example of a democratic society at also, did you forget how Napolean asserts his self to power? This is an example of an authoritarian society.)

Capital Volume 1 A Critique of Political Economy by Karl Marx
    Kenny, November 30, 2006
Incredible, unique outlook on the capitalist mode of production. One of the prime reads for any economist seeking to understand capitalism, be you a part of the left spectrum or right, it is a terrific, intelligent read.
