Jenny Fran Davis: My Novel’s Clique: Jenny Fran Davis’s Bookshelf for 'Dykette' (0 comment)
I read a wide range of literature, from “chick lit” to heady nonfiction, and when I love a book, I begin to think of it as a friend. It also inspires me in one way or another: its tone, its sensibility, its cadence, its structure, or its voice....

"The Paris detective" has been billed as three "Thrillers." I was, not, however, "Thrilled" by any of the novellas. Also, the cover states that the best detective in New York City is French. I didn't find Luc Moncrief to be the 'best detective.' His knowledge of the finer things in life were extensive but it was not clear how he solved any of the cases. A little disappointing.
