About the Author
Simon Daley is a designer and art director specializing in cookbooks. Simon is Roshan's son-in-law. Roshan Hirani is the eldest daughter of a large Indian family. From the age of 11 it was her job to cook for the family and she has amassed more than 50 years of experience as an outstanding traditional Gujerati cook.
