Accused: A life in Downward Spiral

Reed Thomas finds his life swiftly going down the tubes through no fault of his own. His marriage had dissolved, leaving him with a tenuous relationship with his only child, ten year old Georgia. He gives his all in his job as a paramedic and the only one to greet him or show him love at home was his fuzzy gray demon/angel cat, Mia. He had a good partner in his fellow paramedic, Angie. She was a step up from his former partner, Leo who had been instrumental in his marriage breaking up. Now there is trouble at work. Someone is taking equipment and drugs from the trucks and things are looking bad for Reed. With a slightly paranormal twist to things in the form of a sweet neighbor who keeps giving Reed messages from Elvis this story moves along like the river that is the setting for the town they live in.
