About the Author
Ching-He Huang was born in Taiwan, where she loved the age-old recipes of her farmer grandparents, and later moved to South Africa at age five and Britain at age eleven. After graduating with a first-class degree in economics, she pursued her passion for food and set up Fuge, a fresh salad company, and Tzu, a healthy drink company, before starring in two successful British cooking shows. She is the new face of Chinese cooking on Cooking Channel and the star of Chinese Food Made Easy, her first television show in the United States. She lives in London.
