Synopsis
When precocious little Anton gets nothing more than a single orange for Christmas, he decides to sue Santa Claus for breach of promise. With the aid of heartless lawyer, Wiley Studpustle, Anton sets off a media frenzy while presenting a hyperbolic case that attacks the credibility of the jolly old elf.
But the Trial of the Century backfires when a tired and disheartened Santa stops the proceedings to announce that he will retire his post as the gift-giving patron of the season. When the true spirit of Christmas finally dawns on Anton, he has a sudden change of heart and saves the day with his tiny perfect orange.
