This volume contains: the Codex General Standards for the Use of Diary Terms, the Codex Standard for various milk products including individual cheese standards, the Code of Hygienic Practice for Dried Milk and the Guidelines for the Preservation of Raw Milk by use of the Lactoperoxidase System, up to and including those texts adopted at the Twenty-third session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission in June-July 1999.
