About the Author
George R. Goethals holds the E. Claiborne Robins Distinguished Professorship in Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond, USA, and studies heroes and presidential leadership.
Scott T. Allison is Professor of Psychology at the University of Richmond, USA, and has been featured in media outlets such as National Public Radio, Today, the New York Times, and more.
Roderick M. Kramer is the William R. Kimball Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford University, USA, and is the author or co-author of a dozen academic books.
David M. Messick is the Kaplan Professor Emeritus of Ethics and Decision in Management at Northwestern University, USA, and has been a leader in the study of ethical and social decision making and information processing.
