Junko Katoh (better known on the internet as JUNKO) is a graduate of Nagoya University and is now something of an internet celebrity in Japan. A graphic designer by trade, Junko's passion for food drove her to launching a food blog in 2008. The blog, which covers a wide range of topics from dessert making to table setting and wine pairing, became an overnight sensation can quickly catapulted Junko into the world of media in her country.
