Die Charakterstruktur der p dagogischen Fachkraft bestimmt unbewusst ihr Denken und Verhalten sowie die Beziehungsgestaltung zu Heranwachsenden im Praxisfeld. Da die Bausteine unserer Pers nlichkeit bereits in den ersten Lebensjahren gelegt werden, ist sie uns aus neuro konomischen Gr nden im Erwachsenenleben nur zu einem geringen Teil bewusst. Daher herrscht auch in der Regel eine gro e Kluft zwischen der Selbst- und Fremdwahrnehmung. Das Konzept der Pers nlichkeitsstile und -st rungen, das im sozialp dagogischen und Bildungsbereich v llig unbekannt ist, sowie die Schemap dagogik(R) k nnen die Selbstwahrnehmung der p dagogischen Fachkr fte im Alltag f rdern. Ziel ist ein tieferes Verst ndnis f r (unterschwellige) Beziehungsst rungen. Die vorliegende Studie thematisiert p dagogische Fachkr fte, die im Praxisalltag (a) gegen ber ihren Klienten h ufig zu dominant auftreten, (b) bertrieben selbstzentriert agieren, (c) die eigene Geschlechtsidentit t in den Vordergrund r cken, (d) dauerhaft emotional ambivalent wirken; au erdem (e) dreht es sich um permanent misstrauische Professionelle. Ziel ist die F rderung eines psychoanalytischen Verst ndnisses f r die eigene Pers nlichkeit, um Beziehungsst rungen, die sich immer wieder wiederholen, letztlich zu verstehen und zu verbessern.
