Kidnapper.Wie jedes andere Wochenende auch ist Colin auf dem Weg von der Universit t nach Hause, wird aber von der Bemerkung verfolgt, dass er im Leben nie Risiken eingeht und immer ausgetretenen Pfaden folgt. Spontan entscheidet er, eine andere Route zu fahren. Nur dieses eine Mal. Was ihm nicht klar ist, ist, dass er damit zum letzten Mal eine Wahl hat.Er nimmt einen Umweg in die dunkelsten Abgr nde des Schreckens, gefangen genommen von einem stummen, bedrohlichen Mann mit einer blutbefleckten Axt. Aber was wie sein schlimmster Albtraum scheint, k nnte sich als Weg zu jener Art Freiheit erweisen, von der Colin nicht einmal wusste, dass sie existiert. Taron hat jahrelang allein gelebt. Sein Land, seine Regeln. Er hat die Gesellschaft anderer schon vor Jahren aufgegeben. Schlie lich ist es gef hrlich, sich an jemanden zu binden. Er k mmert sich selbst um seine Probleme, aber in der Nacht, als er einen Feind loswerden muss, hat er einen Zeugen. Das Letzte, was Taron braucht, ist ein nerviger Gefangener. Colin verdient es nicht zu sterben, weil er sich auf Tarons Land gewagt hat, aber ihn zu behalten ist auch nicht optimal. Erst als er herausfindet, dass der Stadtjunge schwul ist, ergibt sich eine ganz andere M glichkeit.
