easy read on process

I first read this book for a supply chain & logistics course. This book is a story about a manufacturing plant and it's managements attempts to remove constraints/ bottlenecks.
Though the book is about identifying and resolving constraints/ bottlenecks as they relate to manufacturing - the story and its lessons can be carried to any industry.
I recommend this book to anyone that is looking for a good/ quick read on process improvement
