Synopsis
In 1999 Brett Millard composed the music and lyrics of a song called 'I Can Only Imagine', which speaks of what it will be like when we go to heaven and see Jesus. 'Hamburgers In Heaven' deals with much the same subject, only from a comedic perspective which takes place eons after this world has passed away and all of God's saints have long since settled into their heavenly home.Among these is a very humble saint named Freddy Smith who runs a small hamburger restaurant in heaven. When God sees the humility of Freddy's heart, He begins to bless his little restaurant which leads to it becoming the greatest hamburger enterprise in all of heaven. What happens along the way is a sidesplitting story which includes a respectful but very humorous take on many Biblical patriarchs as well as present day well-known Christian personalities.'Hamburgers In Heaven' is a laugh-a-minute tale filled with wit and wisdom that will leave its readers with not only a chuckle in their hearts, but some in depth contemplation as well. One thing for certain is that if we can only imagine what it will be like on the other side, then maybe it will include some of the fun laughter of 'Hamburgers In Heaven'.
