Als Beispiel ist die Vorratsdatenspeicherung zu nennen. Der 5. Band geht auf grunds tzliche Fragen der Haftung der Provider, des Schutzes personenbezogener Daten und der strafrechtlichen Verantwortlichkeit der Nutzer und der Unternehmen ein.
