About the Author
Dr. Thomas Zitzmann promovierte bei Prof. Dr. Dieter Witt am Lehrstuhl für Dienstleistungsökonomik an der Technischen Universität München. Er ist als Assistent des Head of Group Accounting bei der Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH in Ingolstadt tätig.
