Synopsis
Alex is on the verge of a huge meltdown, his usual way to deal with the stress coming off a mission is sex. Lots of sex, with as many partners as he can get. This time it's different, he forgot to make a reservation at The Lodge, and Susan couldn't accommodate him. Everyone he tried, knowing his usual MO, said 'no way.' While drowning his sorrow at the bar, he was offered, a room at the bartender's cousin's house. She's a single mom, with an infant. The offer came with a threat, that if he touched Cali, he'd be dead man. Cali was in dire need of cash, and Alex had plenty, so it seemed like the perfect match. Problem was, Cali had a very jealous ex, who wouldn't acknowledge he was an ex. To make matters worse, Alex was extremely attracted to Cali and her baby girl. He planned to stay as far away from both of them as possible, because he wasn't fit, to be around good people. He was damaged, and didn't trust himself not to hurt anyone.
