About the Author
Gilbert Sorrentino, recipient of two Guggenheim Fellowships and a Lannan Literary Award, has published over thirty books of fiction and poetry, including two novels that were finalists for the PEN/Faulkner award: Little Casino and Aberration of Starlight. A former editor at Grove Press, Sorrentino also taught at Stanford University for many years before returning to his native Brooklyn.
