As regards the advantages to the owners of estates who, from time to time, have been enabled to equip their farms with sufficient buildings for their requirements, and such as are properly adapted for administering to the most approved methods Of farming pursued in their district, there can be no divergence Of Opinion. Of course no person would presume to affirm that a good set of buildings would be the making of a bad or indifferent farm but it will be safe to say that, as a rule, men of capital, judg ment, and enterprise are more easily attracted to farms having good and sufficient homesteads, for without these.
