After a good belly laugh we both agreed that creating
lists and crossing items off produces a sense of
confidence and well-being.
It was then I made the decision to create a simple guided journal with the focus to help women organize their thoughts, boost brain function, reduce anxiety, improve focus, and increase self esteem.
What better way to do all of this than to create a list
So instead of keeping a little black book with a list of names and numbers about other people, let's make
this little black book about ourselves while sorting through fleeting thoughts and feelings to discover what
makes you great.
