Full calf, nicely rebacked, retaining most of the later boards. Previous owner's inscription on fore edge, address & name on first blank, notes in old hand on verso of first blank. Small hole to title page of Princeps; [a3] with paper repair to fore edge with no loss to text, unrepaired ½" tear to head with no loss. Dampstaining throughout. Text in Latin. Good condition.
