Synopsis
Oracle is the leading database on the market, putting Oracle database administrators in high demand. Oracle recently restructured their certification program into three tiers--OCA (Oracle Certified Associate), OCP (...Professional), and OCM (... Master). The first two tiers are exam based, while the third tier (Master) requires the candidate to pass a hands-on exam in a lab environment. Candidates must pass two exams for the OCA certification, and an additional two for the OCP. This book covers the Oracle9i DBA Fundamentals II exam, which is one of two exams required for the OCP level certification. Candidates must hold the OCA level certification in order to take this exam.
