Cream a half-capful of unsalted butter; add three-quarters of a cup ful of confectioner's sagar and the beaten yolks of two eggs. Add a half-eup/ul of strong, freshly made black eofl'ee, beating it in, a few drops at a time, as you would oil in salad dressing.' Cover the top with maple icing.
