The Board of Direction has for some time past been considering the advisability Of revising the existing Constitution of the Associa tion. Some of the changes proposed are minor in character, while oth ers are more far-reaching in their scope. The present form and the proposed form have been printed and issued to the members for their consideration, and it is suggested that each one of the proposed changes be carefully studied in order that the final vote may be looked upon as given after earnest consideration of future effects.
