Synopsis
Excerpt from Proceedings of the School Committee of the City of Boston, 1887
Ordered, That the Rules of the Board and the Regu lations of the Public Schools of last year, which do not involve the expenditure of money, be adopted for the present year until otherwise ordered.
Mr. Murphy moved to amend Section 5 of the Rules by striking out the following words at the end of the section The President shall not be chairman of any committee.
