About the Author
SHAN RAJEGOPAL is a practitioner, academic and consultant with over twenty year's industrial experience covering clients in various sectors. He has held senior positions in culturally diverse organizations in Asia, North America and Europe and now works for Berkshire Consultancy LImited conducting project portfolio assessments and implementation. His main focus in project portfolio management is bridging the gap between strategy and effective execution. He co-authored the book,
Sun Tzu and the Project Battleground published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2005.
PHILIP McGUIN is the E-Business and Product Marketing Manager at Atlantic Global Plc and he has been with the company since 2001. He has worked in IT for 10 years and has specialized in e-business, on-demand and internet product marketing since 1996. He has worked for both the European Parliament and the European Commission promoting the EU's policy on Information and Communication Technology (ICT ) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), marketing policy on e-Government. He has also worked as a project manager on a range of innovative e-business intiatives including e-commerce with Tag Hauier, Powergen, Vernons and BT, online accessibility with the Royal National Institute of the Blind and the Co-operative Bank and also "Smile" UK's first online banking model. With Atlantic Global, Philip is responsible for managing and deploying the companies brand and product range across their e-business platforms and driving company's competitor and product marketing programme.
JAMES WALLER is Director of Marketing of Atlantic Global. James has a track record of building marketing functions and capabilities for growth companies. His previous experience includes Director of Corporate Marketing for EMEA at IONA Technologies Plc. He was also Northern European Marketing Director at IXOS Software AG, a content management software provider. He is responsible for increasing the awareness of Atlantic Global within the emerging marketplace for real-time business software solutions. His role encompasses brand development, marketing communications, direct marketing and investor, analysts and press relations.
