Powerful, touching, and relatable, the exercises and examples in the book offer exceptional guidance not found in most mainstream workbooks. Paula writes like a poet and provides supportive, soothing, and at times, quite funny examples that ease the reader into greater self-reflection – like a cozy blanket and warm cup of tea for the soul. You will feel enriched, comforted, entertained, and energized as you delve into this workbook. As a psychologist and writer, I am very “choosy” about what I recommend and what I am willing to read. This is the real deal! Read it for your own benefit; give another copy to those you love or work with.

`	Tina H. , August 04, 2023 Never before have gifted individuals had a richer avenue for accessing their deepest selves and all created through the wise, introspective, therapeutic lens of Paula Prober. This book immediately sets gifted readers on a journey to the center of their own rainforest heart and mind. If only I had a journal like this when I was a teenager. True to its title, this journal has the capacity to save many rainforest minds as it provides the self-understanding and acceptance that gifted individuals often spend their entire lives seeking. Although I am a therapist myself, this book has opened new windows to my inner world that had been closed until now. Gratitude and applause to Paula for bringing this jewel to fruition.
