About the Author
Allan Levine has a Ph.D in History and teaches History and World Issues. In addition to his works of popular history, including Scrum Wars: The Prime Ministers and the Media and Fugitives of the Forest: The Heroic Story of Jewish Resistance and Survival During the Second World War, he has published two murder mysteries set in Winnipeg in the early 1900s: The Blood Libel, (nominated for the 1997 Chapters/Books in Canada First Novel Award), and Sins of the Suffragette. He lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
