About the Author
Ed Boxall is the author-illustrator of FRANCIS THE SCAREDY CAT. He says, "Scoot was inspired by a dog my family had when I was a child. His name was Tobi, and he was always bursting with energy and used to run like crazy and leave us all behind." Ed Boxall currently lives in Hastings, England, where he teaches drawing and works at a local magazine promoting the rights of young people.
