The good part about picking up a Danielle Steel book is that one is in a comfort zone and knows what to expect. "Second Act" was no exception except that this book was Man Centrist not Woman Centrist. Andy Westfield is the hero and the book starts with his losing his job as head of a major Hollywood studio. He is shattered and leaves for England to avoid humiliation. While there he meets Violet and the rest is history. There is a twist in the tale at the very end and Andy has to make an important decision. What will he decide? Quite a good Steel book.
