Social Policy of the Russian Federation and the legal framework for its implementation

In the tutorial given the nature and structure of the social policy, its main categories, objects and subjects determined the relationship of social policy and social security, in this context, considers social partnership, its definition in the Labour Code of the Russian Federation. Disclosed are the main directions of social policy both in Russia and abroad; the relationship of social policy and human rights. Particular attention is paid to the legal mechanism of realization of social policy, the constitutional protection of human rights policy of the state in relation to the family and children.
