Synopsis
Excerpt from State of New Hamsphire: A Report Submitted to the Governor and Council
If the buildings are suitable to the location and to the best use of the property on which they stand, the total value is then found by adding the value of the improve ments to the value of the land. When buildings are so located that they are not suitable for the purposes to which they are or can be applied, sufficient allowance is to be made therefor, so that the assessed value shall not exceed the actual selling value, as otherwise ascertained.
