Synopsis
Excerpt from Studies in Hegel's Philosophy of Religion: With a Chapter on Christian Unity in America
Dr. W. T. Harris, the profoundest student of Hegel in this country, says that no other work more deserves translation into English. But any mere translation of it would need a further trans lation into expository paraphrase. The inadequacy of such a translation may be tested by the reader in the first few pages of Chapter VIII.
