Synopsis
This is the second and final volume of manuscripts by or relating to T. R. Malthus, now held at Kanto Gakuen University. The texts consist of sermons, correspondence, essays and lecture notes on political economy and history and offer a glimpse of the lifestyle of his wider family and contemporaries.
About the Author
John Pullen is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of New England, Australia. He has published widely on Malthus and is the editor of the variorum edition of T. R. Malthus, Principles of Political Economy (Cambridge, 1989).Trevor Hughes Parry is a freelance editor and materials consultant, living in Australia. He formerly lectured at Kanto Gakuen University.
